Co-options to Furnace Community Council

At its meeting on Thursday 22nd May, the Community Council co-opted two new members. Ronnie Dodds has joined to become Events Manager; and Eva Paterson will run a Two Hundred Club to raise funds for the Hall Restoration Fund.

‘Leader’ Fund now considering its first applications

The ‘Leader’ Fund has begun to consider its first applications in the current phase. Several applications have been received for funding to support Village Hall development - so we might need to look at this fund quite quickly.
