Thanks to the weather - rain - there was enough water in the Leacainn to give the ducks a run for our money. This years flock had been individually named by a caring MIke, worried that simply being known by numbers might stunt their self-esteem.

The 2008 Inter-village Quiz between Furnace, Inveraray, Lochgair and Minard ended in a final between Furnace and Inveraray with Inveraray winning by a margin of five points.
